We’re Mosaic Health - the next generation healthcare fintech.
Our mission is to provide the financial safety net for our members to access essential healthcare, anywhere in the world.
In doing so, we are going to disrupt a legacy industry that has been taking advantage of small businesses.
We have built a super-app for our members to access care, and a Mosaic payments card for frictionless claims. We have a peer-to-peer collective funding model, building a community of businesses to take health cover off-grid.
We are a values-led organisation, developing re-distribution partnerships that will make Mosaic a force for change in global healthcare.
We are humble but ambitious, organising a collective of like-minded businesses and people to transform health cover.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Founder’s Associate to join the founding team at Mosaic. The successful applicant will be a smart, nice and driven self-starter looking for a unique opportunity to build their career in an early-stage start-up.
Reporting directly to the co-founder and CEO, you will gain unparalleled understanding of the CEO agenda, and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact at a fast-moving startup.
You will be thrown into a wide range of tasks and mission-critical activities. We are shipping daily, experimenting without fear of failure, and learning from our customers as we grow.
