A Junior UX Designer at Monogram will be given ownership of various projects across the web app and mobile app space. Here, you will grow and flourish and be given clear and concise feedback with actionable reasons behind it.

Duties

• Designing desktop web app and mobile app wireframes with large flows
• Creating clickable prototypes (using Figma — see Skills)
• Good sense of usability to build simple, seamless experiences
• Working with pre-defined design guidelines to ensure everything looks the same
• Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
• Assisting with content development as needed
• Conducting usability testing or being able to design with research at hand
• Developing UX personas or ability to design with them at hand
