2. Agents = autonomous actors — Handle multi-step processes with planning, tool use, and adapting on the fly
3. Think recipes vs. chefs — Skills are recipes for consistent results; agents are chefs who plan and improvise
4. Use skills for reliable outputs — Pitch decks, PDFs, reports where you want proven patterns
5. Use agents for judgment calls — Research, debugging, anything requiring decisions and iteration
