- Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the Sales Founder, managing their schedule, communications, and workflow.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports and presentations for the Sales Founder's meetings and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and facilitate effective communication.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Support the Sales Founder in client relationship management, including maintaining customer records, tracking key accounts, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Founder and internal stakeholders, facilitating information flow and alignment across the organization.
- Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned by the Sales Founder.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and find effective solutions independently.
