In this role, you will serve as the right-hand to our Sales Founder, providing critical support and enabling the growth and success of our sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the Sales Founder's time is optimized and their workload is effectively managed.💥

This is a Full-time role that is Based in Riga, Latvia.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the Sales Founder, managing their schedule, communications, and workflow.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports and presentations for the Sales Founder's meetings and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and facilitate effective communication.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of sales strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
• Support the Sales Founder in client relationship management, including maintaining customer records, tracking key accounts, and coordinating meetings and events.
• Act as a liaison between the Sales Founder and internal stakeholders, facilitating information flow and alignment across the organization.
• Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned by the Sales Founder.
