Description
A desktop F2P multiplayer shooter game launched a storefront on Steam with a goal to reward loyal fanbase. Our goal was to engaged with community and get their feedback.
Results

★ 1.5x bigger basket size ($50.64) than similar games
★ Enhanced experiences for whole fanbase.
Campaign details
★ Launch week. A pre-planned news blast in all games marketing channels - Steam page, Steam news, website, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, in-game mail
★ In-game. Planned a special in-game announcement in alignment with the news blast
★ Calendar. Created a gear communication calendar and schedule posts for upcoming months
★ Player survey. Conducted a player survey. This helped to plan future limited gear releases.
