- Location Data (Clock-in only): We use GPS and Bluetooth (Beacon) to verify your presence at the workplace only at the moment you record your commute. We do not track your location in the background.
- Usage Data: Device information and app usage logs for service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to manage attendance records, verify workplace presence, and provide customer support.
3. Data Retention
We retain your data until you delete your account. However, some records may be kept for up to 3 years to comply with labor laws.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
- GDPR (Europe): You have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your data (Data Portability).
- CCPA (California): We do not sell your personal information. You have the right to request what data we collect and ask for its deletion.
- Withdrawal: You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data anytime within the "Settings" menu of the app.
