You told us that you want to be able to conduct conversation reviews directly from your ticketing system. We listened! Thanks to your great feedback, we built a Chrome Extension. We hope this will improve your experience of Miuros Review.

Once installed, make sure you pin it to your shortcut list of extensions:
Go to your Zendesk account, click on the extension, and connect using your usual Miuros email address and password.
Alternatively, you can connect using Single Sign On* if it had been enabled for your organization by Miuros.
*Currently implemented for Google only
You can access your queued or draft (in progress) reviews.
<aside> ⚠️ Reviews can only be created from Miuros Review, but comments and calibration reviews can be made or initiated from the Chrome Extension.

You can select the answers to your questions using keyboard shortcuts [A, B, C, D... or 1,2,3,4...].
After an answer is selected, the extension will move you ****to the next question, but...
... You can also use the 'up' and 'down' arrows to move between different questions.
As you know, to validate a review, all questions must be answered. So, if you miss one, the system will bring you back to the question you missed with this notification:
