The Opportunity

As a Customer Support Associate, you would join during a critical time of growth for our company — we’ve been growing profitably and are now scaling up our customer support team.

We are looking for a passionate individual who is excited about working on ground breaking technology and connecting people in lifelong relationships. In this position, you will be responsible for being the first line of support for users and helping to make all their interactions with our team positive.

What You Will Do

  1. First point of contact for user enquiries
  2. Approve or reject profiles to ensure that they are appropriate for our app
  3. Review our safety centre to ensure that users who do not behave in line with our code of conduct are quickly and efficiently banned
  4. Working towards personal and team targets to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner

Requirements

  1. Organised individual who has at least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
