The purpose of the present General Terms of Use (hereafter "Terms of Use" or "GTU") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions of provision of My Road and the Analyze, Connect and Recruit solutions by Millionroads SAS and to define the terms and conditions of access and use of users (individuals or legal entities) as identified by them when registering on My Road, Analyze, Connect or Recruit, hereinafter referred to as "the User" or "Users".
The present terms of use constitute a contract between the User and Millionroads SAS, they may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Millionroads SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 17 614 euros, registered in the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under the number 817 446 800, whose head office is located at 50bis rue Thiers 84000 Avignon, operating in particular My Road, the https://www.millionroads.com website, the Analyze, Connect and Recruit solutions or any other existing or future platform, owned by Millionroads SAS.

My Road allows the User free access to the purposes mentioned below.
My Road aims at exploring educational and professional routes using data on millions of real routes. The User can create an account with the objective, among other things, to identify and apply for training opportunities, to get in touch with other members, to explore educational and/or professional orientation choices.
My Road is accessible free of charge at any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, internet connection ...) are at the User's expense.
The Analyser, Connecter and Recruter solutions allow Users (included here as students, alumni and identified personnel of Millionroads' customers and partners in accordance with the contract binding both parties) access to the purposes mentioned below.
The Recruter solution allows to accompany people in their educational and professional orientation choices by allowing them to visualize in an interactive way the possible consequences of their different orientation choices, on a basis representative of real educational and professional paths, according to scenarios centered on further study or integration into the job market.
The Analyser solution enables schools, training organizations and institutions to perfect their knowledge of the educational and professional trajectories of students and alumni.
The Connecter solution helps students to build their orientation project by allowing them to visualize real alumni's real career paths in their school and by giving them the possibility to contact them directly via professional social networks.
Analyser, Connecter and Recruter are accessible free of charge at any location to any User (included here as students, alumni and identified staff of Millionroads' customers and partners in accordance with the contract binding both parties) with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, internet connection ...) are at the User's expense.
