Who is Middesk Agent for?
- If you're a business looking to expand your team in other states, Agent is for you. We handle the paperwork so that you can focus on running your business.
How much does it cost?
- We have 3 main plans:
- Essentials: $45 per state, per month
- Premium: $75 per state, per month
- Unlimited: $15,000 per year
Which government accounts will be set up for me as part of the Essentials plan?
- As part of our Essentials plan, Middesk will register you for state withholdings tax and UI across all 50 states. In some cases, the state will also require a Secretary of State account as part of the payroll tax registration process. We include this essential government account as part of the Essentials plan, as well as payment of any state fees, ongoing registered agent services, annual report filings, and annual franchise tax filings for those states.
Which state fees will Middesk pay for?
- For all plans, Middesk will take care of any required state fees to get set up or file your annual reports. This is a great value and can be worth up to $800 in annual savings. Please note that we do not cover franchise tax payments.
Does Middesk handle local tax registrations?
- Coming soon! Today, Middesk does not handle local tax registrations.
Does Middesk file my taxes?
- Middesk does not file your taxes.
Does Middesk handle Secretary of State registrations?
- Yes! See plan details for more information.
Will Middesk receive mail on my behalf?
- Yes! Regardless of the plan you selected, Middesk will receive, monitor, and review each piece of mail. We will update your account details with information received via mail.
Does Middesk share my tax information with my payroll provider?
- We're unable to share your tax information directly with your payroll provider. However, we make it incredibly simple for you to find and store your tax information.
Does Middesk register me with sales tax?
