imo: that slows down community, to feel connected and there are so many people doing so many things, 2 weeks keeps momentum up. at 1 month, people can just subscribe to people’s updates…
to keep it going i was either looking for 50% engagement in feedback (25/50) using it as a proxy for desire to keep it going, or # of signups (50/75) to build momentum
both failed to be hit over 3 months. not because of the tool (superhive is great) but because of community fit. it works best with community minimum of ~125, which i couldn’t quite get the interest for.
also it is something i think a tks alum could run, as it’s not the best use of my individual time. no one volunteered to keep it going, and so i guess that speaks to not quite having product-community-fit.
