First virtual cohort session 1! 09.10.2020

While we aren't in the NERD center in down town Cambridge, we have a full zoom room of ambitious kids from across the world, and the energy is real.

Time to kickoff a new program year. 200+ students. 10 months. 2 programs.

My main intention for the start of this year is filtering out tasks that are high impact for the student experience and results on their projects while being low effort, as last year I was stuck in high effort, low impact area of all the possible things to do.

Also, as this is the first time we are launching a Virtual program, I'm on it to help make sure it's the best it can be for everyone joining, knowing there will be lessons to learn along the way.
