Meow Meow Tweet is seeking a Marketing + Community Growth Manager to develop and execute campaigns that grow the brand across all channels. The Social Media Manager will play an integral role on our team, proactively developing social media strategy and content that drives conversation and sales. They’ll engage with people on a daily basis with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers and educating current customers about the deeper values of our brand and product information. An essential component is communicating in a positive, clear and authentic way.

Responsibilities

Content Direction + Creation

• Content + strategy across digital, retail, social, packaging, blog, and advertising channels
• Visual collateral for stories, instagram posts, website
• Editorial calendar
• Original writing
• Voice of Co-Founders/ Brand

Social Media Management

• Content + strategy
• Growth + Daily Proactive and Reactive Engagment
• Partnerships, sweepstakes, giveaways, user generated content, influencers

Public Relations / Communications Strategy

• Interact and work closely with PR firm
• Manage large company-wide external announcements
• Direct strategy
• Vet all content, messaging, positioning

Marketing Strategy

• Growth tactics (email list, social following, web traffic)
