🪃 About Memorang
Our mission is to automate how humans acquire and master skills. The first step in our journey is to build the AI stack for education to transform the credentialing and publishing industries with the best tools to build curricula, assessments, and apps at scale.
After winning #1 (of 1,500) in the Vercel AI Accelerator we bootstrapped to millions in revenue and profitability while delivering over 200MM assessments via our AI platform. We also just closed our first strategic investment to scale faster and deploy our solution to millions of additional learners.
We’re a lean, talented team that rewards agency, curiosity, and shipping real products that directly impact the lives of millions.
"Memorang has literally the best gen AI results I've seen applied to a real world problem."

🎯 Role
As our Business Operations Lead, you’ll build and run the business operating system that lets Memorang scale with startup speed while meeting enterprise expectations. The good news is that we’ve built a product that customers love, resulting in exponential demand. Your challenge is to help us meet the moment by transforming cross-functional complexity into efficient, repeatable processes. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the sales, solutions, legal, and finance teams. The ideal candidate is someone who obsesses over optimization and is at their best when given bandwidth for autonomy, creativity, and execution.
Outcomes and processes you’ll own may include…
- Work with leadership run a lightweight operating cadence that keeps priorities, decisions, and follow-through clear.
- Work with sales and solutions to keep enterprise execution tight: pipeline visibility, next steps, and clean deal artifacts.
- Work with finance to maintain a rolling forecast and reporting cadence with explainable assumptions, and to keep the path from signed commitments to cash predictable.
- Work with legal and the board to keep contracts, obligations, approvals, and core corporate documentation organized and current.
🤝 You might be a fit if you…
- Have high agency and love taking charge of ambiguous, high-impact problems.
- Think in systems and templates: you build workflows once, then make them reusable.
- Are comfortable owning recurring operational outputs (not just advising).
- Can write clearly and make decisions move: crisp docs, clean narratives, strong recommendations.
- Are commercially fluent: you can navigate pricing, contracts, procurement, and enterprise deal dynamics.
- Use AI daily and can turn it into practical leverage (agents, automations, faster operating loops).
- Want to work directly with the CEO, operate with high autonomy, and own outcomes that compound.
