1. Introduction call (15-20min)

Let's meet! This call should help us get to know each other better and answer any questions you have. There will likely be 1-3 team members in this call. They'll be happy to answer any of your questions!

Prior to this call, we'll send over some high-level salary expectations to confirm we're in the same ballpark.

2. Take-home support challenge (30-60 min):

Conversations are great, but let's help some people! The bulk of this role will be spent in our community, talking with new customers, supporting existing customers, and answering questions... so many questions! So let's do that.

This round is a choose your own adventure. No matter which option you choose, you will get unlimited support from our team, a pre-selected list of questions, and payment for your time.

3. Chat with the support team (30 min):

This is your chance to show off. We've included the most important skills that are required to be successful at this position in the job description. Please review those skills, and start to think about your strengths and weakness. Don't worry! We don't expect you to be in the top 10% at everything.

During this call, we'll take 30-minutes to do a virtual whiteboarding jam to talk about your past experience, what you're really good at, and where you hope to improve.

4**. Decision / Offer**

That's it! We're ready to get specific with pay, hours, etc. and to begin working together. Our contract includes a paid 2-week trial which should give everyone (us and you) enough time to decide if we're a good fit.
