Overview

Finding your friends' favorite podcast episodes has always been a very manual task. Episogood is the social companion to your existing podcatcher, letting you share episodes & see your friends shared episodes.

Elevator pitch

1. The podcast app space is very fragmented which has made it difficult to provide recommendations.
2. When recommending a podcast, we typically recommend an entire podcast, when the perfect ingress is a single episode.
3. Episodes provide great signals for recommendations, but there's no market share platform for sharing recommendations.

Goals

• iOS / Android React native clients
• Create a social list of shared podcasts for users to share w/ others.
• Easy sharing of podcasts via OS share sheets
• Make it easy to play podcasts in the client that users already have installed when possible.
