About the role

We are looking for a Founding Software Engineer to head the effort in developing an end-to-end student financial services platform. This is a unique opportunity to become a founding member of an exciting high-growth technology startup and help build it from the ground up. You will design and build software to facilitate an innovative solution to redefine the student financial experience within a historically analog industry.

As a Founding Software Engineer, you’ll be expected to contribute foundational coding work and technical leadership. You will drive key decisions about the technologies, tools, and best practices we adopt into our engineering culture in order to deliver the best experience possible for our partners while ensuring high standards of code quality and system reliability.

You’ll be working directly with the founding team (e.g. CEO, CPO, Head of Engineering) to design, implement and deploy critical software systems that will transform the way students pay for college.
