About the Role
Matchday is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to oversee all community & growth activities for our organization. As we scale, the Operations Specialist will ensure that all processes are documented, tracked, and updated regularly to increase efficiency, productivity, and performance. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the planning, implementation, and tracking of all community & growth initiatives, The ideal candidate will have a background in startups, fast-growing companies, and marketing/growth teams.
What You'll Do
- Maintain all community operational processes, systems, and structures. Develop and implement operations strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Continuously improve operational processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and performance as we scale. This includes researching improvement opportunities and creating new systems to guide operational rigor.
- Work closely with all team members to coordinate tasks and make sure that blockers are being addressed and solved efficiently.
- Ensure that all campaigns, projects, and activations are feasible and aligned with available resources and timelines.
- Ensure that all operational items are tracked in the planned roadmap with team alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of initiatives.
- Build and manage a workflow to track community publishing and activities, community ideation processes, post-mortem documentation, and community report and updates
- Participate, support, and feedback on specs and documents to ensure that every project can be broken down into tasks and tracked properly.
- Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new technologies and tools.

You Have
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years of experience
