- Practice yoga 2x per week —> do handstands and headstands to conquer fear in the mind!
- 2024 update: got better at handstands, but can’t hold them too long
- Read 2-3 books per month (audio counts!) —> visit library frequently
- 2024 update: I probably averaged around 1-2 books per month, but did visit the library a lot more
- Complete the 100 Days of Self-Love journaling journey and document it on Insta
- Learn Spanish —> complete the Spanish course and practice with native speakers
- 2024 update: didn’t finish Spanish course
$Lifestyle$
- Cook 2x per week- easy recipes, learn some traditional dishes, creative cocktails/ mocktails and bake some damn bread!!
- 2024 update: didn’t bake bread, but learned to make shuba
- Have FUN at bachelorette —> party with besties, see the whales, and don’t worry so much about how much $$$ you’re spending
- Play more with my style —> thrifted capsule pieces, comfy work from home outfits that make you feel good
$Someday Goals$
- Be small actor in a play or maybe dancer??
- Give back —> apply to be a CASA volunteer
$Marriage$
- Get married in March!! Plan a thoughtful/ intentional wedding, bring the family together, celebrate your culture, and don’t sweat the small stuff —> always ask yourself, what will make this once-in-a-lifetime event FEEL fulfilling?
- More creative with date nights —> get outside more (hikes, bike rides, etc), go to the theater, take dance classes for wedding!
- Redo family room —> dining room and cozy couch
- 2024 update: DONE but now redoing it again lol
$Travel$
- Mexico —> practice Spanish, bachelorette, and maybe Mexico City?
- Honeymoon —> SAFARI 🐘
- Glacier National Park?
- 2024 update: Didn’t do Glacier, but went to Portugal with my mama!!
$Career$
- Continue sharing The Gift of Self-Love + 100 Days of Self-Love —> BIG GOAL: reach 100,000 people with your books
- 2024 update: Not sure how many book sales we have, but TGSL is still at Paper Source and making an impact!
- Level up podcast- film, put more thought into the episodes, practice clear and concise speaking, book cool guests —> BIG GOAL: 2 MILLION downloads
- 2024 update: started filming more episodes for YouTube and making clips.. not sure if there’s an ROI? Hit 1.5 million downloads on podcast
- Do more speaking engagements at events, universities, etc —> at least 10!
- 2024 update: only did one speaking engagement at U Dayton
$Family$
- Spend quality time with Sister at least 2x per week
- 2024 update: I see her probably once per week and that feels healthy
- Call grandparents 2x per month —> continue to make peace and forgive…
