As the Lead Product Designer on the Wave Money team, I regularly took part in Continuous Customer Discovery research where I spoke with Wave business owners. This allowed me to get a pulse on what people’s needs, pain points, and goals are. I regularly collaborated with the Product Manager on our roadmap and opportunities to pursue as a team. Using the customer interview data and other analytics, we identified the next opportunity; a deeper bookkeeping integration with mobile check deposit.
