👩🏻‍🎓 Getting Notion Certified

I’ve been using Notion for about 6 months now and I’m hoping that 2024 is the year I get certified as an official consultant. So far, I’ve passed the Notion Essentials exam and am getting ready to re-take the Settings & Sharing exam.

💯 100 Things on Notion

As a simple way to get me started on my Notion journey, I’m giving myself a goal of making 100 “things” and I’m recording it as I make them.

🤗 Being there for my kids

I’m a mum to three kids aged between five and nine so a lot of my time is spent doing things at home to help them out, driving around to all their activities and doing lots of very basic things around the home like cleaning and cooking.


What I’m learning about

💻 Notion (duh!)

I’ve spent a lot of hours watching Youtube videos and going through the motions of replicating those workspaces. I’ve also completed the three levels of Notion Mastery, a mix of a course and community that I believe will help me become more proficient and faster at creating useful templates and workspaces for people and small businesses who need help getting organised. I<m now ready to get stuck into formulas and more advanced features.

🌿 Gardening

A little over a year ago we moved into a house with a very large back garden. So we decided to start not just with one little veggie patch, but four large raised vegetable gardens. I’ve planted seeds and am learning about gardening during the very hot summers of Brisbane. I’ll probably end up making a Notion template to track my gardening adventures too!

🏋🏻‍♀️ Getting stronger

I’m a bit of a fitness nerd. In the past I’ve done ballet, running, rowing, Crossfit, gymnastics and yoga. For the last few years I’ve been focusing on strength and kettlebells. I’m following some programs from StrongFirst, more specifically, getting ready for their Bodyweight Certification program which will involved being able to to a one-armed push-up, a strict pull-up and a pistol squat to perfection,
