SAP S/4HANA MM Procurement Implementation (P2P) + SD Integration

Goal

Build an evidence-based Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation case in SAP S/4HANA, including:

• master data governance,
• a reproducible issue log,
• end-to-end process evidence (PO → GR → IV),
• and minimal SD/FI integration touchpoints.

Approach

Follow an evidence-first method:

• display first,
• document what the system determines at runtime,
• then propose fixes only in DEV → QAS → PRD style logic, even if the work is performed in a sandbox.

This project is designed to prioritise structured diagnosis over trial and error.

Deliverable

A client-ready Notion case study supported by a structured evidence pack, including:

• screenshots,
• screenshot naming convention,
• evidence index,
• reproducible issue log,
• and a short audio walkthrough for portfolio presentation.
