This is an instruction on how to buy board coins in the mobile version of MAIN using the Trust Wallet application. If you are using the desktop version of the MAIN site and the Metamask extension, then use this instruction.
Skip this step if you already have the Trust Wallet app.
Why do I need a crypto wallet?
The crypto wallet allows you to create accounts and work with them on the blockchain. Using wallet, you will be able to receive, send and store cryptocurrency. The board coins and MAIN tokens work on the Binance Smart Chain blockchain, so you will also need a crypto wallet to work with them.
You can choose any crypto wallet that suits you, but in this guide we will use the MetaMask wallet – one of the most popular wallets in the world.
Download the Trust Wallet app (use apk link for Android).
Open application and click "Create a new wallet", follow the instructions. Write down the seed phrase in a safe place (preferably on a device that is not connected to the Internet). Without this phrase, it will be impossible to return the funds if you damage or lose your device.
Great! Now you can send and receive cryptocurrency!
The board coins are stored on the personal addresses of users in the BSC network. To use all the benefits of the platform, you need to connect your BSC address to your MAIN account.
Download the MAIN app on iOS or Android (if you don't have it yet).
Log in to your MAIN account or create a new one (if you haven't had a MAIN account yet).
Go to the "Settings" tab in your profile menu and select "Connected BSC address".
Click on the "Connect" button
In the WalletConnect window that appears, select the Trust Wallet application.
You will be redirected to the Trust Wallet application. In the Trust Wallet application, confirm the connection of the site https://main.community to your wallet by clicking on the "Connect" button.
Go back to the MAIN app to the "Connected BSC Address" menu and click the "Sign and connect" button.
In the Trust Wallet window that opens, click "Confirm".
Congratulations! You have connected your wallet to the MAIN account. Now you will see your address on the your address screen. You will also be able to view your MAIN board coins on the "My Coins" page.
