Our Vision

We provide valuable support to startup founders and their design process by:

1. Staying attentive to our clients and working to understand their specific business goals
2. Building trust and rapport with founders and their teams
3. Working to understand the end-user to design clear and meaningful user experiences
4. Exploring product feature opportunities with rapid, low fidelity prototypes
5. Delivering high quality, visually polished features and user interfaces

Flexibility

• 📅 We take ownership of our own work hours; each individual knows when they’re most effective and productive. Flexible hours are balanced with client requirements / time zone.
• 💰 We want to pay our team well, and rates depend on your experience and the value you bring to the team. We constantly review payments and will encourage you to raise your rate if you are undervaluing your abilities.
• 😴 We will never ask you to work at the weekend - but feel free if that’s your favourite time to work!
• 📲 Designers work with project managers to arrange calls directly with their clients to sync up on updates or discuss ideas
• 💬 In addition to your own client calls, we have a call each Thursday as a team to discuss clients, the workflow and general life

• Each team member adds their new company email and Slack to their desktop and mobile devices
