Virtues

Why “virtues”?

Many companies define a set of values, which commonly appear as principles that the company strives to embody (eg, integrity, collaboration).

Virtues are similar but are behavior-oriented. Virtues tell us what we should do rather than how we should be. In other words, virtues are meant to be more actionable.

These virtues are what we need to succeed in our mission. We won’t be perfect, but if everyone strives to these behaviors, we increase our odds of success and impact on climate change.
