Notes on “points”B

It means contribution/ownership/governance rights of the project, NOT relative to the USDC income in phase 1.

Proof of work: be honest, requires verification/endorsement from peers on Weekly
Relatively fair is enough, since each person’s work is equally essential to the success of project, respect every contributor
Enjoy working on the projects

Points = X hours x 30 x N

For most people, N = 1
For dev, N = 1.5, meaning hourly rate is 45
If you think you broke through some difficulty or generate outstanding value, make N = 1.5 (it can be greater, but requires your justification)

Note:

Everyone put every contribution on the table, and normalize your contribution as USD, and other teammates will check and verify your contribution.
For example, you made a contribution by joining the meeting for 1 hour, and our definition of a 1-hour meeting is 30 USD, you can log in your contribution “amount” 30, and other teammates need to put their name in the “Verified by” column to verify you contributed. There must be more than 3 people verify your work to in effect.
