Luscii has installed a Medical Board. This Medical Board consists of a diverse group of people whom are either excellent scientific key opinion leaders and/or enthusiastic experienced Luscii users. The Medical Board has two overarching aims:
The Medical Board has a presidium of three Lusciians to guarantee the consistency of the Medical Board and make sure the Medical Board works in line with Luscii's strategy.
Next to the presidium, the Medical Board consists of premeditated medical doctors and nurses from care organizations that work with Luscii. For each organizations with a "Luscii for all" contract two Medical Board members (a doctor and a nurse) can be premeditated. Their profile is that they have to be an experienced healthcare professional in their field and in an ideal world are also active outside their organization (e.g. in committees or other activities). Also, they need to have a vision on how healthcare can be revolutionized with new services and products that unlock the power of patients, increase the experience for both healthcare professionals as well as patients and can create space for care.
Luscii beliefs in the story of the "infinite game", which means Luscii continuously wants to become a little bit better. In case of Luscii, continuously realize a bit more impact in their mission improving healthcare. More on this concept can be found at the end of this article.

During each Medical Board meeting, therefore, a discussion will take place how Luscii can realize this. Medical Board members share their vision and/or contribute in discussions about certain prepared teams in how Luscii should develop, improve itself and/or can make more impact together with their professional users. These discussions won't go into details about specific features but will focus on strategy, longer term vision and next steps that Luscii can take in the clinical field.
Luscii Specials are Luscii Programs that are developed and scientifically validated by medical doctors across the globe within the Luscii platform. Luscii Specials can be shared within Luscii's platform with care organizations that use Luscii. In case other hospitals start to use the Luscii Special, 70% of the Special-prize (the license costs for the Luscii Special) will go to the hospital/doctor that developed the Luscii Special (i.e. the medical developer). Luscii Specials get the special batch and 'market' themselves using the Luscii brand name.
