Ambassador of team health and strong advocate of healthy snacks and morning workouts. Holds the principles of psychological safety as high as Bavarian traditions. Electrical engineer by training, but also learned how to code and make fancy consulting slides. Driven by having a lasting, positive impact, creating a meaningful place to work, and enjoying the ride with incredible people.

🚀 Role & Performance Objectives

I currently wear different hats at Luminovo:

• As Co-Founders, Timon and I are responsible for the high-level direction of Luminovo and being champions of our operating principles.
• As the Revenue and Operations Lead, I oversee the departments Growth (led by Angelo), Sales Manufacturing (led by Patrick), Sales Designer, Customer Success (led by Markus) and Operations (led by Benedikt).
• As the interim Head of Sales, my focus is the development of our sales team, processes, and technical expertise while also generating and closing some deals myself.
