At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 4 tribes.

Each tribe has its own roadmap with a product manager and a dedicated tech team: The User Acquisition tribe focuses on the acquisition of new customers, the User Life & Moment of Truth tribes aims at delighting our users throughout the life of their contract - claims and terminations included, and the Engineering chapter works on building the best IOT and services to protect our members’ homes. The Platform chapter is in support of business and focuses on building the best organization fo the whole team.
