We insure a fair and consistent compensation to every Lukooms. Luko has built its own salary grid. The main criteria is the number of years of experience, but also the level of expertise in the field required for the role, and the scope of responsibility.

This grid allows us to pay a senior individual contributor more than a junior leader for instance. We believe this grid should reflect Lukooms level of expertise rather than only the number of people managed.
