The following provisioning features are supported:

Requirements

Before you configure provisioning for Loom, you must have an Enterprise plan. Please reach out to your account executive or support@loom.com to enable this feature for your team.

Step-­by-­Step Configuration Instructions

To get started, reach out to the Loom Support team and let them know you want to use Okta for login and user provisioning (support@loom.com).

  1. Primarily, you must enable SSO and Provisioning on Loom's side.

    1. Go to your Workspace's Settings.

    2. Go to the Security tab

    3. Click "Enable SSO".

    4. In the list of providers, select "Okta Application".

    5. Copy the "Connection ID" value to a safe place

    6. Click Save.

  2. Now, you must verify your domain name. You can use two methods, either via an email to specific inboxes in the domain, or adding a TXT DNS record to your domain:

  3. In the "Sign on" tab, go to Advanced
