Tavricheksiy country club is a private village with residences for long-term rent and sale in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.

I developed 4 automated workflows for one of the key processes - long-term rental. To control payment terms and save manager’s time and attention.

#1 - automation of the generation of the rental contract

1 - I started from a template for a contract in google docs. The template contains parameters, which integromat will fill with values from the crm-system. And highlighted parameters to make it more convenient to double-check a generated contract.

2 - Once the manager fills the client's data in CRM, he can start automated formatting the rental contract.

3 - to initialize the generation of a contract, I wish it would be possible to make a custom button to trigger webhook. Still, unfortunately, there is no option to create one without coding in amoCRM. So I figured out 3 other options:
