Lica is building the first foundational models for graphic design—AI systems that treat layout, typography, animation, and brand identity as first-class elements. Our agents generate brand-compliant visuals, videos, and presentations with creative precision and structural intelligence.

We’re training large-scale multimodal models purpose-built for the workflows of design and marketing teams. To support this, we’ve built our own dataset curation pipeline, creative QA loop, and design-specific infrastructure—all of which need seamless, scalable engineering to reach users.

As a Full Stack Engineer at Lica, you’ll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and beautiful product design. You’ll help architect intuitive user interfaces, reliable backend systems, and scalable APIs that connect our foundational models to real users. You’ll contribute across the stack—from designing collaborative design tools to optimizing rendering pipelines and building dashboards for model performance.
