Hey! My name is Lewis, and I'm a bright-colour wearing, Shiba Inu loving, guitar owning, 360 photo taking want-to-be oenophile who loves virtual reality, user experience and leading a team to victory.

I highly recommend touring the Tamar Valley if you get a chance.
Introduced to the world of wine from my PhD supervisor Dr Leigh Ellen Potter, I've been a wine drinker for a few years now. But it wasn't until I went on holidays to Tasmania and got to do a week of vineyard hopping that I actually fell in love with the drink.
I’ve got a WSET Level 1, and looking to go further in the future. I love learning about wine as it gets me excited about topics I have typically ignored, like geography, geology, meteorology, agriculture and more, while also motivating me to travel and see where wine is grown around the world.
My Vivino account. My highest rating was 23rd in AUS, but my reviews may not be all that useful to you...
I call myself a 'guitar owner' because that is pretty much the extent of my skills. While I've owned guitars since high school, I've never really taken the time to sit down and get good. I still love picking my guitars up and playing what I know, and have immense appreciation for all the guitar players who are much better than me.
After submitting my PhD and during Quarantine, I've found the time to start practising again. While I'm still a long way off, I just want to be the guy who can play a few tunes around a camp-fire, understand the basics of music theory, and maybe a few fingerstyle renditions of my favourite songs as a bonus 🤤.
I love the weird photos you can capture with a 360 photo. I could talk about them for too long, so instead you should just enjoy a small collection of photos I've taken using them. I have started getting into Film photography using my Dad’s OM-10, you can check out some photos here.
A collection of 360 photos I took in Hobart, Tasmania during Dark Mofo in 2019.
A great way to get some fun group photos (These are from PAX16 and 17).
