We added four new hires in February, bringing total headcount to 44 fulltime team members.
Our Growth and Marketing team brought on **Paul Barszcz** and Cissy Hu.
Paul joins as Digital Marketing Manager, focused on our digital & e-commerce strategy & execution, including funnel and conversion optimization, email, and SEO.
Cissy Hu joins us as Community Lead to accelerate and scale initiatives outside of the core product, starting with book clubs, community challenges, member calls, and expanding to other community building & engagement efforts.
**Brett Red joins as Principal Designer.** We knew we wanted him on the team almost immediately after meeting him! He’ll be working with Alan McLean in design and has deep expertise in areas we care a lot about: behavior change, health and creating joy for the users of his products. He's designed everything from home blood testing products to AR experiences and even a video game.
We’ve made our first finance hire in **Ryley Walker, joining as Senior Finance Manager**. His experience blends an accounting background with scaling startup finance teams through his time at SkipTheDishes, from the early days through the Just Eat acquisition. We’re excited and deeply trust Ryley to take on our accounting and finance function.

We're looking to add a second attorney to our legal team to help with contract drafting and negotiations, as well as aid in compliance, privacy, and regulatory matters.
