What we are looking for
We are looking for a commercially skilled, entrepreneurial country manager with a strong background in partnership management to help us launch and scale our solutions in Europe.
As country manager, you will work closely with the CEO and COO and be in charge of taking our product offering to market, driving growth and building up our loyal base of parents and students.
Key areas of focus
- Growing our customer base will be your #1 priority! Unmatched ownership of the growth plan and go-to-market strategies for France.
- Building a community of brand evangelists/ ambassadors who will promote LessonLeap to their followers (Influencer marketing)
- Building partnerships with schools or other education institutions whose clients would benefit from our solutions (Strategic partnerships)
- Building partnerships with brands that cater to our target customers to reach more potential customers (Affiliate marketing)
- Organizing events that could help us build out an engaged community of relevant parents (Community outreach)
Responsibilities
- Creating and owning a detailed operating plan that includes all the relevant channels to drive growth in their market
- Building out a base of potential partners through a mix of cold outreach and networking
- Negotiating and finalizing deals
- Forecast, measuring, analyzing and reporting the results of various partnerships through different channels and making decisions on when to lean in to partnerships and when to end them
- Keeping great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Building and leading a team as we grow
