What is Leap? Leap is a new app that brings curious minds together to learn and have conversations with experts and people who share their passions. We host scheduled chats seven days a week, several times a day, which answer and explore questions surrounding key themes including style, wellness, travel, culture and current affairs.
Is Leap free to use? Yes - right now, it costs nothing to join Leap and you can come to as many chats as you like for free.
How does it work? It’s easy! Just pick a chat that sparks your interest and fits your schedule, then sign up. Our chats are hosted by Leap Leaders. They will introduce the chat and share the prompt and then send you into small groups to continue the conversation. You’ll regroup at the end of the chat to share reflections and say goodbye.
What time zone does the app display for chats?
All times reflected in the app are automatically adjusted to your current time zone.
What are the rules? Our Community Guidelines have been created to ensure that we are all united in the way we choose to see, hear and recognize one another. You can find them here.
What if I’m running late for a chat? We can’t accept latecomers due to the bitesize nature of our chats, so it’s best to show up a couple of minutes early!
How do I invite a friend? Thanks for spreading the word! Tell them to download the app “Leap: Learn Something New” on their iPhone or iPad or visit www.leapchats.com.
Do you run Leap chats on National Holidays?
Yes, Leap has chats 365 days a year including all major holidays. You could say we are always open!

How do I delete my account? We are sad to see you go. In the App navigate to Profile>> Delete My Account & choose Continue. Once you Confirm, your account will be deleted immediately including your personal information- name, photo, email address/ phone number. Deleting your account is permanent, however you can always rejoin Leap in the future.
How do I make changes to my profile?
If you would like to make changes to your profile (e.g. your display name or photo), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to make the change.
What platforms is Leap available on? Leap is available for download from the App Store on your iPhone and iPad. If you’d like to be notified of developments across other platforms please click here and we will keep you updated.

I have concerns about something I experienced in a chat. What should I do? Please click here to file an incident report. Or go to your Profile in the Leap App and tap “Report an Incident”. Safety is our primary concern and our team will review and respond to the report within 24 hours.
