Computer, Projector, and Screen
- Alexandria will present from her ASUS Zenbook, which has:
- 1 HDMI output
- 2 USB-C outputs
- Presentation format: PowerPoint / Google Slides with embedded videos (16:9 display ratio).
- Internet connection is required. Alexandria will move between her presentation and a web browser during the session.
- Production may use Alexandria’s laptop or provide a compatible machine (Windows preferred). Please confirm setup during tech check.
- The larger the screen and the higher the quality of the projector, the better. Presentation includes 40–60 slides with animations and live web demonstrations.
- Ideally, screens are positioned on both sides of the stage or in a format that ensures visibility for the entire audience.
Microphone and Audio
- Wireless lavalier microphone (preferred) or wireless headset microphone.
- Podium microphone as backup.
- Laptop audio should run directly through house sound. Please provide AUX connection (preferred over HDMI for audio).
- Sound system must be high quality to ensure clarity for embedded videos and browser demos.
- Wireless microphones with runners or stands available in the audience if interactive segments are included.
Confidence Monitor
- Please provide a confidence monitor at the front of the stage displaying:
- Current slide
- Next slide
- Speaker notes (if available)
- If confidence monitor is not possible, please confirm with Alexandria’s team in advance.
