A single room for male occupancy is available in a 3BHK fully furnished flat on the 7th floor in Purva Fountain Square Q Block, near Marathahalli Flyover, Bangalore, from Feb 1st. Two of the rooms are already occupied by my roommates, Prakhar and Swapnil.

What can one expect?
- A colossal living area with TV, sofas & appealing wallpaper-based decor, a balcony hugging it and a dining area with table and chairs. The sunlight floods the space, bringing in the Bangalorean charm with it.
- The kitchen - which includes an oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, water purifier and chimney - provides a warm reception to its new chefs.
- A distinct washing area with a well-equipped, top-load washing machine.
- Personal Room: Fully-furnished room with an attached washroom, with thoughtfully designed partition. The bathroom has a geyser, mirror and a functional shower. The room comes with a cute, solid wooden furniture meant to act as a bed-side table / book-shelf. The room has a HUGE wardrobe, and multiple open-shelves, providing ample storage. It also features a queen-sized metallic cot with hydraulics which open up to act as more storage, along with a queen-sized mattress. NOTE that the work desk, work chair, etc. that you see in the pictures are NOT with the room and are my personal belongings. However, there’s an extra work desk that comes with the flat, which I couldn’t use because of my monitor + speaker setup.
- I personally adore the flux of sunlight showered in this room and the cross-ventilation here, providing the “main character energy” amidst the banality of everyday life, by just existing in this room haha. I’ve made some wonderful memories here, in this room, and I’m certain the room has space for you to make more :)
- Needless to say, the gated society of Fountain Square is phenomenal. It boasts of almost all the amenities you might be looking for - an outdoor pool, gym, tennis & basketball courts, clubhouse with table tennis, billiards room & squash court, sauna, and gardens woven throughout the fabric of the society. The locality is also ideal in almost all ways, if I may say so - it's accessible, safe, and pleasant.

- Room rent: 24,771 INR (variable split between us roommates according to the room size and per-room amenities)
- Brokerage (directly to Agarwal Realty, ensuring flat-cleanliness and such): 25,000 INR
- Maintenance of 7,000 INR equally divided among the 3

- Marginal setup cost for the kitchen utensils, your share of the advance internet bill paid for 6 month plan and your share of the advance maintenance paid for 3 months: TBD, one-time
