• Led Community Re-Founding at Integrity Institute
• Consulted with numerous clients on building an effective practice of customer research and discovery
• Mentored and trained product designers, product managers, and customer-facing workers to conduct user research, contracted with research assistants directly and through Upwork, and managed project teams for multiple other projects
• Mentor through All Tech Is Human, **Lenny Rachitsky’**s Product Community, and Mentor Me Collective
