Lauren Best works with Curious Individuals, Creative Entrepreneurs, and Conscious Companies who are ready to explore how they can do things differently in their work and life. Her superpower is helping people explore new possibilities for living a life they love by guiding them back to themselves, helping them reconnect and trust in their intuition and build confidence like they’ve never experienced before. She creates spaces of support and collaboration to help these folks move through the noise, envision and come up with new ideas, and create bite-sized plans of action that support their desired area of transformation.

As a Certified Hypnotherapist and Provoker of Possibility, she aspires to give folks the space to dive into a world of self-discovery and growth where they can unlock an even greater potential inside of themselves using their subconscious minds.

To put it simply, she helps people experience alignment with their mindsets and the true action that they want to take so that they truly enjoy sharing their genius zone with confidence.

Part of this process involves exploring and bringing clarity of ease to the different milestones within any growth journey, helping her clients redefine what their version of a successful life looks and feels like, uniquely to them.

Through a mixed approach that combines her expertise of both design and upgrading mindset, she has designed her own business in a way that empowers her to leave behind the hustle mentality, embrace her superpowers, honour her own unique energy, and live a nomadic lifestyle.

Lauren brings with her a multidisciplinary background from time in Service Design Consulting, Business Transformation & Strategy Design, Coaching & Mentorship, Design Research, Operational Leadership, Collaboration & Culture Design, Workshop Facilitation & Training, Design Thinking, and Communication Design. This work has allowed her to collaborate with public and private sector organizations, small businesses and entrepreneurs across the globe from Canada, to the UK, Netherlands, Australia, and Singapore.
