At Vibeji (formerly LandedVibe), we are very culture-oriented. For us, culture is a set of purposes that moves us forward as a unit, and it spans from the way we design the product, communicate in/outwards and co-live in the office.

Please read the following and if possible, pause a bit at each one and contemplate on it.

1. Be collaborative with a strong sense of culture appreciation and diversification of thoughts

You don't go to work. Ever. What you do (and should have done if you're not doing it) is diving into an environment where your values align themselves with the grander vision of the company. When you feel such synergy, you will find being collaborative is a joy. You love the people around you, in a room full of shared good vibes.

Vibeji office is quite diversified in a sense that our people come from many different backgrounds in the world. You will be exposed to mixed ideas and ideologies. It's refreshing yet do keep yourself open-minded to appreciate the diversification of thoughts.

2. Be precise in your speech, or, speak what's in your mind precisely

There shouldn't be any harm speaking what you think. The best form of speaking up, is to speak up precisely what's in your mind. That way we can get the ideas across quickly and accurately, to make way for better solutions.

3. Always assume that the person you are listening to might know something you don’t

4. Always tell the truth – or, at least, don’t lie

:smirk:

5. Take care of yourself, emotionally, physically and philosophically

If you feel stressed, watch out for your caffeine intake.

If you feel tired and not motivated, go the the gym and sweat on the treadmill for half an hour.

If you feel unresolved, meditate or isolate yourself to contemplate.

We love our people to adopt the ethic of taking care of themselves in the 3 stated regards. This is not easy and often require being self-initiative, self-reflective and self-disciplined.

Love yourself, please.

6. Remember that most of the time, solutions are purely just trade-offs and live with that

:whoa:

7. If you are younger than 25, find every chance to challenge your comfort zone
