Meeting 60 minutes

Attendees:

• Product Manager & Engineering Manager
• 4-5 other teams

Expectations

• Your technical research page should be completed and reviewed by Engineering Manager
• Your competitor research page should be completed and reviewed by Product Manager
• Your vision - problem & objectives page should be completed and reviewed by Product Manager
• You should have a plan for user research
  • You should have your survey / interview questions laid out
  • You should have a plan on how to source interviews

Presentation

During your Product Vision Document Checkoff, each team will be allotted 15 minutes. Here is how your presentation time should be split up:

• 3 min - Give a high level overview of the product as well as your Vision - Problem & Objectives
• 2 min - Go over the different competitors and what about your product is different than your competitors. What problem space do your competitors fill? What problem space does your product fill?
