💼 Project Brief

This is team is exploring putting a bid together for the New Orleans Pelicans.

Currently this project is exploring how "doing good deeds" can earn community members governance votes, looking to build a court in New Orleans, and identifying different partnerships in the city of New Orleans that could help give back to the community.

Objective: Form alliances with local New Orleans community organizations

• Key Result 1: 3 high quality organizations make a public show of forming an alliance with KH.
• Key Result 2: 6 unique organizations agree to form an alliance with KH.

Objective: Identify a real need within the community that we can impact with volunteers and donations.

• Key Result: A cause is identified and it can be achieved in a short amount of time. Ideally before New Years Eve.

Objective: Establish a New Orleans Krause House chapter.

• Key Result: Local leadership and committee is formed.
