• 80%+ attendance to our monthly educational discussions and trainings to educate ourselves and facilitate on-going learnings
• Publish an internal roadmap for changes throughout 2021; publish a public DE&I goal via TechTown

2020

• Formally incorporate DE&I initiatives into Koan culture

• All job descriptions use inclusive language (gender, ethnicity, background, disabilities) to minimize bias in applicant pools
