Complete an Investment Memo with analysis
1,000 points per Investment Memo (requires Commish review)
Source a deal (your angels invest after Investment Memo)

All of these tools are built into the Knightley Platform and we currently have 600 companies inside as a starting point. You may source deals from your school, your alumni, your city, or anywhere you see fit. It is up to you and your team to put together a winning strategy and te Top performing team will earn the $10,000 Knightley Prize. But like everything else, there are lot's of participation trophies along the way...internships, relationships, and skill development are all part of the Knightley Cup. Also, you 100% are allowed to collaborate with other Schools, Venture Firms, Angel Groups, Etc.; however, the only way to score points is by working within the Knightley Platform.
Accredited Investors are the only eligible investors for most private company investment opportunities. There are exemptions for things like Equity Crowdfunding and some Crypto Tokens.
