Whenever a tracker is created, Keyhole will start collecting posts relevant to the search criteria. This includes hashtag, keyword, URL and/or @mention. Any Instagram Stories collected in your tracker are also included in this count. Various social media platforms have their own API limitations, which will be discussed below.
For Instagram, posts are only collected from Instagram public accounts that uses the hashtag within your search criteria while posts made by private personal accounts are not collected. In order to collect posts with keywords and @mentions, the influencer’s account must be specified either in Profile Analytics or Account Watchlist (formerly known as Influencer Management). For Facebook, posts are only collected from specified Facebook pages either in Profile Analytics or Account Watchlist. Learn more about how to track Facebook posts.
For YouTube and TikTok, posts are only collected from specified YouTube and TikTok accounts either in Profile Analytics or Account Watchlist
Tip: Hovering your cursor over any metric in the dashboard will give you an overview of the way a certain metric was calculated.

Refers to the number of unique users who made a post with your tracked hashtag, keyword, URL and/or @mention. As for Instagram, this user count is based exclusively on the Instagram professional/creator accounts that have been specified. Due to Instagram's API limitations, Keyhole is not able to collect user data for posts that are posted from unspecified accounts.
As for Facebook, Youtube and TikTok, they will automatically be included in the count as long as they are specified either in Profile Analytics or Account Watchlist.
