• Whose desk is it? - everyone post a picture of their WFH setup anonymously (can drop it on a page in Notion, nobody peek at Updates tab) and we guess whose each is
• PPT karaoke - create random PPT slides and assign people to random slides (that they haven't seen before) and they have to present that slide on the fly
• Team Spotify playlist - each week, everyone adds 1 song each
