kakeibo - Simple Account Book ("the App") is developed by MathBlink - Kazuyuki Kosaka.

1. Information We Collect The App collects the following information:

• Financial records you enter (income, expenses, categories, memos, dates, and payment methods)
• Account information when you sign in with Google or Apple (user ID and email address)

Guest users (anonymous sign-in) can use the App without providing personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore (provided by Google) and linked to your account. This enables cloud sync across multiple devices. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties.

3. Camera and Photo Library The App may request access to your camera and photo library to scan receipts. Captured images are sent to Google Cloud Vision API solely for the purpose of extracting text (amount, date, store name) to auto-fill the record form. Images are not stored by us.

4. Third-Party Services The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — cloud data storage and authentication
• Google Cloud Vision API — receipt OCR processing
• Google Sign In — authentication
• Apple Sign In — authentication

5. Data Security Your data is stored securely under your own account in Firebase Firestore. Only you can access your data.

6. Children's Privacy The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
