1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

Ply is a local note-taking application. All notes, text, images, and other content you create within the application are entered by you and stored exclusively on your local device. We do not transmit any of the above content to any server.

1.2 Device Permissions

To enable the following features, Ply may request access to certain device permissions:

• Camera & Photo Library: Used only when you actively choose to add images to your notes. All image data is stored locally on your device and is neither uploaded nor used for any analytical purposes.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

Ply does not collect any of the following information:

• User account or registration information
• Location information
• Device identifiers (such as IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
• Crash logs or usage analytics data
• Advertising-related data

II. How We Use Information

Since Ply does not collect your personal information, we do not use any data for marketing, advertising, data analysis, or any third-party purposes. All content you create within Ply is used solely to provide you with note-taking functionality on your device.

III. Information Storage and Security

All your data is stored locally on your device and is protected by the sandboxing mechanism provided by your device's operating system. We do not operate any servers and therefore have no ability to access any content stored on your device.

Please note that loss, damage, or system failure of your device may result in data loss. We recommend that you regularly back up your device via iTunes/Finder or iCloud to prevent data loss.
